The Ginger Cove Croquet Facility was recently recognized in the Baltimore Sun. Residents shared their love of the game and the fact that croquet players do not need an off season like most sports.
Croquet has been a major activity at Ginger Cove since opening in 1989. The players have long held competitions against top teams like St. John’s College and the Naval Academy. Residents also raised $93,000 to build two outdoor artificial-turf courts which opened last year and have set up the ballroom to accommodate year round play.
