Ginger Cove’s Premier Fitness and Wellness Center –
The Power in Engaging and Improving Our Spirits

Ginger Cove is excited for you to meet Jeremy Sherron, our new Fitness/Wellness Instructor who has joined our team to help each resident stay active and live their healthiest life by nurturing their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Jeremy’s new role at our continuing care retirement community near historic downtown Annapolis, Maryland is a perfect fit for Ginger Cove with his long career of helping others stay active and fit. After earning his bachelor’s degree in healthcare management from New York University, Jeremy has spent more than a decade focusing on improving lives through better wellness.

A Boston native, Jeremy, has extensive experience as a wellness coordinator and managing his own business. With years of experience working with all ages, Jeremy is considered an expert when it comes to physical and mental health.

The Warnock Foundation, which works to improve the lives of residents in Baltimore, featured Jeremy in an article about a free community initiative he launched to bring exercise and stress management to educators in that city. Jeremy explained to the foundation that he can make anybody smile, no matter how bad their week is going, and his initiative was a way “to offer individuals hope.”

“If I show up, you’re gonna smile!” Jeremy said

Now he’s here to bring smiles to the faces of Ginger Cove residents as they look to stay in shape while enjoying the next chapter of their life.

Exciting Fitness and Wellness Activities Ahead

Jeremy is joining a team here at Ginger Cove that offers a full array of activities and classes to support each resident’s physical, intellectual, social, emotional, spiritual, vocational, and environmental health through our Wellness 360 program. Ginger Cove’s campus also includes an indoor aquatics center complete with a four-lane pool, jacuzzi, and saunas.

Jeremy is now bringing his years of health and wellness expertise to our community. Here are just some of the activities he’ll focus on while here:

  • Conducting seated fitness classes
  • Leading cardio fitness classes
  • One-on-one wellness time with members of our community
  • Guiding assisted living residents through low-impact exercises
  • Starting a Walking Club
  • Holding Arcade Days with games

Jeremy will be here from 10 am to 4 pm Monday through Wednesday and from 8 am to 2 pm on Thursdays and Fridays. He can be reached at or at 410-573-2895 with your health and wellness questions.

Please join us in welcoming Jeremy whose goal is to lift your spirits and improve your day.
