Ginger Cove at Home is a Continuing Care at Home (CCaH) program for adults 60+ who want to age in place with a solid plan for the future. Powered by Ginger Cove, a trusted Life Plan Community in Annapolis, this membership-based program combines care coordination, long-term care benefits, and access to select Ginger Cove services for people who choose to remain in their own homes.
Members pay a one-time entrance fee and an ongoing monthly fee, similar to a Life Plan Community. In return, they receive proactive care coordination, help navigating the healthcare system, and coverage for approved long-term care services such as home care, assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing. It is designed for individuals and couples who want the security of a continuing care plan, the social and wellness connection to Ginger Cove, and the freedom to stay in the home and community they love.
