One of Only Four CCRCs Recognized in Maryland
Annapolis, MD, January 24, 2025—Ginger Cove, Annapolis’ premier Life Care Community, has been recognized on Newsweek’s “America’s Best Continuing Care Retirement Communities 2025” list. The list recognizes the top 300 CCRCs in the United States out of more than 2,000 communities nationwide. Newsweek partners with global data research firm Statistica to rank America’s Best CCRCs.
This marks the second consecutive year Ginger Cove has achieved this distinction. For 2025, Ginger Cove ranked 68th out of over 2,000 communities in the U.S. and one of only four CCRCs recognized in the state of Maryland. Among these four, Ginger Cove achieved the second-highest ranking, placing it within the top 5% of CCRCs in America.
