Membership Plans That Fit Your Life
Ginger Cove at Home offers different membership plans and pricing models to suit your individual needs. The earlier you become a member, the better—prices are tiered by age, starting at 60 years old.
All Plans Include:
Care coordination, access to Ginger Cove amenities, including our Luminis walk-in clinic, wellness center, which includes gym, sauna, and locker room facilities, access to rehabilitation and therapy services on site, a personal emergency response system, as well as other wellness & social programming and select campus amenities.

YOUR INVESTMENT
The cost of the program includes a non-refundable processing fee, an upfront one-time payment of an entrance fee, and a monthly fee.
Processing Fee
$300 for individuals, $450 for couples (non-refundable)
Entrance Fee
The entrance fee is based upon:
- Your age at the time of application
- Whether it is for a single or double membership
- The service plan selected
- The entrance fee refund plan selected
Single Membership Entrance fees start ranging from $5,700-$91,000 depending upon the selected Service Plan. Please contact the community for more information on pricing.

90% Refund Plan
Ninety percent is refundable
0% Refund Plan
The entrance fee is reduced by 5% per month for 20 months, at which point the refundable amount remains at 0%
Monthly Fee
The monthly fee is based on:
- Single or double membership
- The service plan selected

**Reimbursement applies to eligible services such as home health, adult day, assisted living, or nursing care, up to the plan’s daily maximum.
BRIDGE PROGRAM
When the time is right, members have the option to become an independent living resident at Ginger Cove. If you choose to do so, you have two options. You may either cancel your Ginger Cove at Home membership and receive credit for your entrance fee paid toward your Ginger Cove CCRC entrance fee OR maintain membership and receive a 15% discount off the entrance fee required to move into Ginger Cove.
