- Rehabilitation therapy services in the well-appointed therapy gym
Support for Living Well at Home
Staying in your own home is important, and Ginger Cove at Home helps ensure that your home meets your current needs. As a member, you’ll get support from an occupational therapist to live safely in your private residences. An occupational therapist will conduct a home evaluation and make recommendations for modifications if necessary.
Care Coordination
Care coordination services help you identify potential healthcare needs early and will coordinate with you, your physician, and Ginger Cove’s Medical Director to formulate a care plan that evolves with your needs.
Member Choice for Healthcare Providers
When you need services, such as home health care or rehabilitation in a skilled nursing facility, you are free to choose your preferred provider. Your Ginger Cove at Home plan will reimburse you for the services.*
*Reimbursement is plan dependent
Other Benefits Include:
- Referral service for assistance with home maintenance and repair
- Emergency response system to quickly communicate critical health needs
- Medically necessary transportation
- Reimbursement for long-term care services not covered by Medicare or other insurance, such as companion services, live-in care, home health services, adult day care, assisted living facility care, and skilled nursing facility care
