- Responsible for set-up, operation, and cleaning of the dish machine.
- Cleans and sanitizes dishware and equipment as directed.
- Sweeps and mops; removes trash from Food Services areas.
- Responsible for reporting to work in a clean and complete uniform.
- Ensures that the cleaning and sanitizing of all items and equipment is done in a careful, efficient, and effective manner by following procedures and instructions as appropriate and responsible manner.
- Ensures that we meet county and state regulations as reflected in inspections.
- Assists in the Health Center kitchen for break-down of meal trays.
- Ability to use four different types commercial dishwashers.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
