Capital Home of the Week: Couple loved Pacific coast lifestyle, but they’d rather be close to family

Dale and Nancy Rather moved to Ginger Cove two and a half years ago. They wonder why they didn’t come earlier.

“As we got older, it became more important to be near a family member,” said Nancy.

Dale added, “We feel very much at home here.”
