Annapolis Life Plan Community, Ginger Cove, Welcomes Ray Fisher as CEO

The Annapolis Life Care, Inc. Board of Directors announced this week the appointment of Ray Fisher to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Ginger Cove, a premier continuing care or Life Plan community located in Annapolis, Maryland.  Fisher joined Ginger Cove in November 2021 as an interim CEO following the departure of William M. Holman.

Mr. Fisher, an industry veteran with a twenty-year track record of strategic leadership and execution, most recently served as Chief Operating Officer of LifeSpire of Virginia, a system of continuing care retirement communities in Virginia, where he successfully led the operationalization of numerous campus expansions and repositioning projects. Ray’s senior living experience includes leadership positions as CFO, COO and CEO. Prior to entering the senior living industry, he served in a for-profit position that included the creation of a CSX subsidiary which grew to over $800 million in revenue both organically and through acquisition. Fisher is a graduate of Washington and Jefferson College and earned an MS in Finance from the University of Baltimore. He has instructed at The University of Baltimore, Virginia Commonwealth University, and case studies at the Darden School of Business.

Fisher will be developing and implementing the overall growth strategies for Ginger Cove as well as enhancing the exceptional services, amenities and lifestyles for the residents who live there.
